1. Eligibility for Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been processed for shipment—whichever comes first. For orders above RM 300, in line with Malaysia’s Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993, you are entitled to a 10-working-day cooling-off period from the date of order confirmation, during which you may cancel without providing a reason.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team at chia.udriveparts@gmail.com / 017-342 5539 and provide your order number. If you are exercising your 10-day cooling-off right (for orders above RM 300), you must submit the request in writing, either via email or registered post, within the allowed time frame.

3. Refund Process

Approved cancellations will be refunded via your original payment method within 14 working days. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellations Initiated by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • Payment could not be verified or is suspected to be fraudulent

  • The product is out of stock

  • There was an error in pricing or product information

  • Circumstances beyond our control prevent fulfillment (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions)

If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
